Please, don't let these negative comments and reviews fool you; most are written by the same person. I've lived here a year now and thoroughly enjoy coming home to Riverside Park! The apartments are large, airy, lots of storage space, friendly neighbors and staff and a wonderful maintenance crew! Unless my job moves farther out west, I'll be here for a very long time! Ignore the complainers; they live to be miserable! This is a great place. There is no one place that is perfect, you'll find complaints on every apartment site you review. If you move here, you'll enjoy your lovely apartment! I do! Thanks! :)

Right! It seems strange that there are so many complaint but your review is to the contrary. Makes me wonder if this is the office management. If you are a tenant and not with management than that's great you have it so good. You are right that when you move into an apartment things like the noise level could and will be an issue at some point but management has to enforce their own rules. If management from any apartment that maybe reading this, you know what your rules are... enforce them or compensate for your troubled tenants for the headaches. You would like to keep them around, right!?
