I've lived at Riverside for a year and love it! The apartments are large & the ammenities are great. The maintence people are fast, helpful and even paid attention to my 2 cats living in my home. Later I got a follow up call to make sure everything went well. There are ample parking spaces although if you get home late at night you'll have to park further away from the building but thats normal for a big city. We have had a problem with one of the staff when we needed to talk directly to her, it took us several days to contact her since she didn't return our calls. Other than that the staff is great. Riverside is renovating all the buildings. Apartments are being upgraded and because of that the price is going to be much higher. Like alot of people, I'll have to move. But, Riverside is terrific!
