i never had a problem with mice or roaches on the 6th floor, but my friend on the 2nd floor did due to a very filthy neighbor. they'd just swarm and come right under the front door. i think the apartment sprayed and put down mouse traps for her (didn't help). unfortunately i was there when the new balconies were being put in and i worked night shift. needless to say i had a rough couple of months. there was always PLENTY of parking for guests. i never really heard any of my neighbors. there is a convenience store, dry cleaner (i believe), and laundry in the building. unless you wash on a sunday, you shouldn't have any problems getting a machine. i enjoyed living here, it was really convenient. oh, and the apartments are pretty big with lots of closet space.
