Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006

I lived at Riverside Park while attending graduate school, and I loved it. The apartment is HUGE, the staff is friendly and willing to listen, the maintenance guys rock, and I had no bug or mice problem. There was some concern when the renovation project started, but the complex really took care of me: moving me to a different building and locking in my previous year's rent. There is a ton of free parking and I loved the mini-mart in Building 2. I highly recommend this complex!
