Who are paying these people who write glowing reviews'

No way! The glowing postings too much resemble fabrications. The only decent things about Riverside are ample parking and closeness to the Metro. Nothing but problems here, and the resident office people are competing with each other to see who can be the most rude, ignorant, and useless. The rent continues to climb, the laundryroom washers and dryers tend to rip us off and better and SAFER places for the money are available elsewhere. Stay away from the newly remodeled building as it is just a cosmetic makeover and not worth what they are trying to ask for rent. I will not renew lease again.

Ditto here - no one's paying me anything for my review. I think the place is great. Anywhere you go, the rent will rise, so that's a non-starter. Admittedly the laundry is a little on the pricy side, but there's a place just down the street if you want to save a few pennies. And the place is very safe. Join us at a neighborhood watch meeting and find out how safe.

The people writing rave reviews are obviously residents. You must be an apartment complex competitor trying to steal some business from Riverside. Riverside and its staff rules. Check em out because they're are exciting things coming.

Who in their right might is going to ride the Metro two hours ONE WAY to American? You're a plant and a fraud.

Simple. I would in fact ride the Metro two hours one way to American Univeristy in the winter. As a Texan, I know nothing about driving in the snow. Besides, it may have taken two hours (a gross exaggeration - it never took more than 75 minutes) to go one way on the Metro, but it would take over THREE hours to drive from AU to the apartments on Friday afternoons...traffic through Old Town was ridiculous. Once again I recommend these apartments to all.
