I have been living at Riverside now for about 2 years. I just moved into the new building and I cant tell you how much I LOVE IT! Yeah the older apartments are just that. However, you get what you pay for. I don't think its as bad as alot of people here are saying. I guess you can always find somthing wrong with anything. Never the less, I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT (did I already say that')!

The Maintenance people here are great, they always do their best to take care of me and I see them help the old people on the property with their bags and such, which is nice.

The Office seems nice, but I can't say one way or the other because I haven't had to go to them for to much unless I have to pay my rent or when I transfered to this new apartment. When they did help me, everything was fine.

Parking is good. I did hear about some break ins however, I noticed that they now have security that rides around the parking lots and some cameras on the buildings.

Over all Very Happy and I LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT! lol

Its a day I nothing better to do and have come accross this website...saw that some people were saying nothing but bad things...so I guess I wanted show that some people like it here.

BTW- I am a single young ladie that needs some more hot guys to move in! lol To many ladies here! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
