Riverside has so much more to offer regardless of the old rooms in buildings 2 and 3. If I could afford to move into Building 1, I would in a heart beat. These apartments are exceptional and membership to the AMAZING Town Center is included. If you live in Buildings 2 or 3 you only pay $35 a month! That is $15 cheaper than any facility around (Golds, Bally's, etc) AND you get free group exercise classes, wireless internet, certified Personal Trainers, a club room with a pool table and bar, a huge media room with HDTV projector, locker rooms with showers, and the outdoor pool is Awesome. What more could you want from an exclusive fitness facility. It will never be overly busy because it is only for residents!
Not enough people take advantage of the activities programs offered here either. They pay for food, prizes and special events without a fee! Bingo, Movie Night, Wine and Cheese socials, Super Bowl party! I have no pity for those who don't take advantage of these free offerings.
I must say, watch out for the director of the Leasing office. He's not very genuine or nice.

I laughed at laughed at your scripted endorsement praising the nearly vacant Town Center/exercise facility. Those of us who are TRULY residents can see right through your advertising attempt to increase membership to the exercise facility. Nice try, management.

Any place that charges its residents to use the exercise room is nothing less than stingy , miserly , stinker! Talk about parsimony! Furthermore, the percentage rating of those that recommend this dump speaks volumes. Still, I can't help but wonder who the hell are these people (27%) that are recommending it? Are they the management, or just ignoramouses that simply dont know any better? Who cares if the new places are "luxurious" if you cant have visitors spend the night/visit without the fear of being mugged, raped, or have car vandalized or stolen?

wow, i dont live at these apartments, but i was seriously considering. . . not anymore. it is so crazy how the actual management will try to advertise an apartment, and its so obvious ( their praises stick out like sore thumbs amidst the sea of complaints and other negative remarks. thanks to those who left their honest opinions. back to square one. . .
