It's a wonderful place to live. Maintenance people respond to any of your concerns within a day. I've heard it hasn't been like that a year or two ago. I guess the management changed or someting. Anyway, people are very nice and, as I said, they respond to your problems and concerns, whether it's a change of a refrigerator or fixing of a light bulbs, almost immediately, maximum one business day.
Highly recommend!!

It's odd interesting to me that nearly 3 out of 4 people would/do not recommend this place. The statistics speak volumes. Call me silly , but I think that the masses speak louder than just one or two; especially true when on or two of them is management.

Management, please STOP posting favorable reviews. We can SEE RIGHT THROUGH YOU. The construction alone is reason to avoid Riverside. THEN, we can discuss the evils of management.....
