HORRIBLE! Customer service is the worst! Our cars (BOTH OF THEM)were broken into. When we called Riverside to report it they kept us on the phone for mins explaining how it wasn't their fault. We weren't even upset with them, we just wanted an understanding person to explain our situation to. Then we had them paint an accent wall.. they messed it up THREE times. Eventually I just put a picture over it... But they still got paint all over our carpet and won't replace it. When the hot water was off on a sunday, we called the emergency maintenance line and they told us not to call them because it wasn't a emergency and "wasn't their problem"

That place is horrible. Never let any woman walk alone from her car to the building late at night. Crime rate is high. The fact that about one in four recommend this dump is appalling. Their standards must be that of a ghetto/slum.

I called Riverside asking about some of the events at the community and was greeted by a rather rude man named Barry. Riverside should look into hiring friendly people to answer their phones.

I have been to factories and outhouses with a more homely feeling. Feels like a jail. Nicole is worthless and rude; though, that she be expected from someone with her condition.
