I did not enjoy living here. Several times I went days without hot water, there were multiple break-ins involving cars and apartments, staff was not knowledgable or helpful in most situations.

I find it odd that over a quarter of the people recommend this dump. I can only imagine that most of them must have been living in a ghetto slum, or some very poverty ridden lesser developed nation
