Ok, I have lived here for a little while now, so I feel like I can give a fair review. I have lived in several apartments, and while this isn t the worst, it definitely is not the best. I am not renewing my lease and am moving out as soon as possible.

Pro s:
1.There is ample parking.
2.The complex is gated.
3.The buildings are key access controlled.
4.The walls are thick.
5.The maintenance department is great.
6.The office staff is courteous.

Con s:
1.The apartments have rodents I m talking roaches and Mickey.
2.The appliances in the non-renovated apartments are OLD and disgusting.
3.The laundry room is on the bottom floor, which means a long hike to wash clothes.
4.Once I saw the front gate person asleep. Another time I saw a sign that said, "Gone to bathroom...be right back."
5.The hot water is frequently turned off. Many times, I can't wash all the dishes at once because the water gets cold.
6.The hallways are dark, carpet is stained, and paint on the walls is peeling.
7.Utilities fluctuate, and are not included in rent.
8.The surrounding neighborhood is unattractive. Plus you can't walk anywhere.
9.As run down as the area looks, these apartments are pricey.
10.There are no building managers, no 24 hour front desk, or even a guard patrolling the complex.

Honestly, I think they need to renovate the entire complex. They have done one of the three buildings. I think they should do the other two. They can t change the location, but they can surely improve the inside of the other buildings.

How often is the hot water off/not adequate? Which building?

It's actually gotten better. I think they got a lot of complaints. But prior to that it was in building 3 and it happened several times a week.
