After coming to check out these apartments I was really impressed and loved the price. However, within two weeks of moving in I was very disapointed. There are rodents and roaches in this complex, you can have your apartment treated but who wants to go through this over and over again' Its disgusting. The appliances are extremly old and often breakdown. I am moving as soon as possible.

As a resident, I'd be curious to know what building you have these problems in. The microwave I had when I moved in took 7 minutes to heat up a cup of water. Which building are you experiencing these problems? My dishwasher is so old it does not even have a container to put Jet Dry. Yes, they make a dry rinse-aide, but no one carries it anymore.

I've had the worst problems from a backed up sink that exploded to roaches and mice! I can't wait to leave! Bldg 3

I'm sick and tired of my rent going up every year while wages are going down and not one new amenity, i.e., my nasty dishwasher, microwave (ugh) and stove in which I can't read what is rear or front. Bldg. #3's front doors are so heavy to open, god forbid, you're carrying groceries!!! And the mail person...omg...shoves everything in the box! This is my last year here and I'm out!!

I knew I could not have been the only one in Bldg 3 that saw mice! Called emergency maintenance and was told 'mice are not an emergency.' This is the nastiest place I have ever lived. I clean and clean, but still see rodents. I don't even cook here anymore. The appliances are old and nasty. A true DUMP. Moving out as soon as my lease expires.

I've never seen a mouse or roach and I live in Building 3, 5th floor... Maybe it's the side of the building that I live or the floor that makes a difference.
