Cockroaches, Mice and Screaming Neighbors!

The one word review - DON'T. Don't consider it - living here was a year of hell. Old and creaky floors, loud neighbors and screaming children. Roaches, mice, old appliances, miniscule kitchen and bathtoom. Poorly insulated - my bedroom was almost 10 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment, and the whole apartment was freezing. High utility bills. Terrible management, the office is not open past 5pm, even if you can get them to do something. Poor snow removal. Mailbox area, which is outside, is not well. lit. A haven for car thieves and car B&E. Don't move here. Thank God my lease is up and I can leave this sub-standard hellhole behind!
