BAD experience here. When I first got there Representative Nicole tried to show the same apartment to me and another couple at the same time. Guess that raises her odds of getting the commission. Anyway I refused to let her do that.
After reviewing the apartment I asked about early move out and she told me that I would only be out for 3 months rent at most. I told her that I wanted a clause in the contract that there is a possibility that I would be moving out of state and would break the contract. She said not to worry that I would only be out 3 months rent if anything. Well I rented the apartment. Keep in mind they don't pay anything. You have all utilities and alot of NOISE. The floors are wood so you can tell at any given time where your upstairs neighbor is standing in the apartment. You can hear their TV, their toliet and even their sex life.
But the real kicker is this, I moved out after a few months and broke the lease. Nicole lied and said she didn't say anything about me having to pay 3 months rent. They billed me $2300.00 and I told them I wasn't paying it. They decided to threatened to turn it over to collection so I had to pay. They're liars and the apartments suck. Don't rent here. Bad experience.
