I moved here in june/02 and everything was fine. the staff (particularly Nicole K.) was responsive and friendly. I was locked out on my first day and the maintenance people never responded to the page so i had to sleep in the car. BUT, i told the leasing consultants about it and got $50 gift certificates to a restaurant. I love the washer and dryer b/c they are full size not apartment size. I had new appliances so everything was fine in that regard.

I did not like that I was mislead about the use of the club house and exercise facilities before moving here. You can't use the clubhouse for social events and it can only be accessed during business hours. Also, you can't use the fitness "center" after hours unless you make a $100 deposit.

The caliber of people that seem to be moving into the complex is not up to my standards. There is a man (who I thought was homeless) that actually lives in the complex, a weird rapist-looking guy, and lots of younger people moving into the complex.

Additionally, there seems to be some staff changes going on and i'm not impressed with the level of service or attitudes from the new manager. She was the least helpful person I've ever met.

i must say that the grounds are VERY NICE. And the trash is picked up everyday but sunday. and when the trash is overflowing it is because of trifling residents that continue to pile it on the dumpsters and set trash outside of the dumpsters. everyday there is a team of hard-working folks that clean around the grounds and inside the hallways of the apartments. This is the best thing about rose hill.
