We moved into RoseHillabout a year ago.We have a three bedroom apt and it's all nice and neat.Our experience at this complex was outstanding (actually it still is because we just put a notice to vacate to a house we bought)..Not so many apt complexes offer a whole month for free in Alexandria city..Especially when it's over a thousand.
Maintenance responded promptly every single time we called (including one time I got locked out after hours)..The staff at the office has always been helpful and pleasant..The neighbors are pretty quiet (at least in my building ) and the parking lot was kept clean at all times (except when we had the snow storm last Feb )..we were two leaseholders and two occupants in a three bedroom apt,and everybody got a permenant sticker.Parking is no problem..
dumpsters are a bit far but are kept clean and emptied regularly.Fitness center is awesome but my rooma-mate wished deposit was never required.
overall a good spot..if they had apt for sale I would have been interested ..Now I'm moving to my own newly purchased condo.
Rose Hill is a good stay
