Rosehill charged me $930 to 'clean the carpet' after I moved out.Now you may be think I lived had lived there for 10 years or so,or that I am a unclean person that the carpet got so messed up,and that Rosehill had to spend $930 to clean it..No
It's just that Rosehill is a blood-sucker when it comes to residents leaving them.
Rosehill sucks..and it you're fooled to move there ,take a picture of every corner of the apt when you move in and when you move out.
