I?m a Resident of Rose Hill who has became acquainted with the Maintenance Staff. But before I begin, I will start with the Management (Office) Staff because this will be quick...A NON FACTOR IN MANAGING THE PROPERTY! For those who still live here, you will do better by contacting the Corporate Office. The only response you will receive from the office is a "twirl in the chair" or what commissions they can draw in by lying to perspective Residents.



The REAL problem with Rose Hill is the Maintenance Supervisor, "R.L.". He doesn?t know anything about Maintenance and worst of all, he is a THIEF! I had a hot water heater that was out for 14 days straight. "R.L." told me he would replace it the very next morning. The next morning came and no one knew about the replacement or knew if and when "R.L." was going to be in. The following week, my good neighbor didn?t have heat for 8 days. She found out that "R.L." was sending a groundsperson to fix it. Recently, I was speaking to one of my neighbors about purchasing a washer/dryer for my Mom as a gift. My neighbor informed me that "R.L." could get one for a good price. One late night while LOOKING FOR A LIT PARKING SPACE (your car will be stolen under the patrol of the security guard who spends most of his time @ 7-11), I noticed a U-haul truck at the swimming pool getting loaded with appliances. I must add, the same appliances that I noticed getting delivered to the pool 2 days prior. NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT?S GOING ON!'



I lived at Rose Hill for less than a year and have seen close to 10 different Maintenance/Groundsman/Housekeepers (you name it, he?ll send it) in my apartment to attempt (a poor one at that) to satisfy my service requests.



Overall, if you are ONE level above "trailer park" living, STUPID, don?t mind having mice AND roaches (and to this day, I still think they work there) living in your stove, love to get your car vandalized or stolen by the recovering addicts that live in the "group homes" (apts), and can look out your window and can see the Maintenance Supervisor removing (stealing) appliances late at night off the property, then COME TO ROSE HILL APTS. WHERE YOUR NASTY WAY OF LIVING IS ENHANCED BY YOUR NASTY ASS NEIGHBORS!
