Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
After 2 years here, I must say that I like the place (note: I live in a top floor unit and I'd recommend that to anyone). In summary:
PROS: Reasonable rent for a big 2 BR, fast and responsive maintenance, helpful office staff, working class (as opposed to criminal) neighbors, walking access to grocery store.
CONS: Long way to the dumpster, parking fills up fast in the evening, smallish bathroom (OK for a guy like me, but I think most women would want more room around the sink etc), security guy looks like an Elvis impersonator.
