Maintenance is a joke

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I've requested maintenance at least 6 times since moving in in September of 2004 (its December 27, 2004 as I write this, so that is 4 months).
Not one maintenance request was handled correctly on the first visit. Each request required multiple call backs, most to the manager.
The manager is, apparently, powerless to improve maintenance.
