The convenience of great living and the luxury of having everything so close to me is what's making these first two months living here such a good experience. My family and I are very happy with our decision to move here. I haven't had any problems (except for when my bedroom closet door came off it's tracks but even then maintenance took care of it immediately) and the office staff were great to us.

The teacher's discount we received (husband's a teacher) was very generous on their part but even without that the rent was very reasonable.

Someone in that office must know what they're doing because the whole apartment complex looks great. If you happen to be around the area, look around... I challenge anyone to find trash laying the the grounds! Grass is always cut and the gym and tennis courts gives Duncan and myself a chance to stay in shape everyday.

If you're constantly trying to find a parking space in your current place and are looking to move ---> look no further! Here at Rose Hill you will always find parking, no matter the time.

I only signed a six month lease but you can bet your lucky dollars I'm renewing my lease for a full 12 months!

you are not a real resident you are on of the employees, They do that all the timeto try to fix what is all wrong and beleave me that property is bad!!!!dont move here
