I'm coming up on my first year here and am planning on staying for another. The apartment building I am in is fairly quiet. I never hear any noises during the night. Another plus is the accessibility to the beltway and other major roads. The area around the apartment is really nice with an elementary school across the street and a park down the road. I haven't had any problems with mice, roaches, bugs, etc. Maintenance has always responded in a timely manner. No problems here!
