My biggest gripe with this place is the lack of storage. In the tiny kitchen there were a few drawers and cabinets to put all the pots, pans, dishes, and food. The one bathroom had a little cabinet under the sink, and the bedrooms each had a narrow closet. While I lived there, I had stuff sitting out because there was no where to put it. And food odors used to waft in from other units. My unit always smelled like fried fish.
On a positive note, the office staff seemed to be professional enough, which is getting to be a rare thing these days.

Might want to re-consider rephrasing the staff professionalism, try visiting the office again or put in a complaint.Rose Hill is only good for the bachelor who just don't care for space and likes to be put anywhere.I was single when I moved in and they took advantage and put me in the wrong apartment, a basement with problems and small kitchen.
