I like this place so far.

Pros: Large apartment for reasonable rent, very friendly office staff, fast and responsive maintenance staff, nice exercise room, roach-free apartments (at least mine is), minimal criminal element.

Cons: Dumpster can be quite a walk from your apartment, exercise room swipe card requires $100 deposit, security guy looks like a bad Elvis impersonator.
