The biggest and only complaint/problem here is your car is not safe on the complex grounds. Cars are always being broken into ie windows smashed or doors pried open and things stolen out them.
It has been an ongoing issue since I have lived here. Every once in a while you see a security person walking around but it's hit or miss and basically useless.
Other than that it is a great place to live.
Something needs to be done to help address the issues w/ the crooks knowing this is easy pick'ens.
The crooks know it is so easy here that they come thru and hit multiple cars thruout the complex in one evening every time they strike here which seems to be about every 4-6 mos.

You know I have no hate against Rose Hill, its just sometimes not everyone experiences what everyone goes through at Rose hill.You are just fortunate, just wait a bit longer.That's all I can say, until you experience it with your own eyes.

It seems as though crime has gotten worse here lately. But other than that its a great place to call home. Perhaps more spot lights shining on the parking lots would help.

I agree with this post. I've lived here 3 years- the only problem I would say Rose Hill has is the lack of security or parking lot lights. It is true that many cars have been broken into, and it's sad that nothing has been done about it yet. Many people will complain about neighbors, bugs, etc. I've had my fair share of everything here at Rose Hill. But it is hit or miss, and a matter of opinion on what is good vs bad.
