The apartments are habitable and the price is good considering what you get. However, the service is pretty lousy. The people in the leasing office do not know what they are doing and say conflicting things. They can also be rude. I was told my move-in date would be one day, so I was there in the morning with movers and was told that I couldn't get a key because my move-in date was the next day.

When I did move in the dishwasher was not draining and flooded. Several other maintenance items were not taken care of.

As a general rule, it takes many days to have maintenance issues resolved, and at least an extra visit to the leasing office.
