Each year, A.J. Dwoskin & Associates contracts with an independent research firm to randomly survey the residents at each of our apartment communities. I am thrilled to announce that in the 2006 survey, residents at Rose Hill of Alexandria rated the community as superior!

I know this website can be a bulletin board for disgruntled residents who are few and far between. Not often does a resident satisfied with their apartment seek out a website to post a positive comment or compliment. When reading this website, please consider that the best indicator of the professional management of an apartment community is the overall opinion of its residents. The results of the 2006 annual resident survey speak volumes about how satisfied the residents are at Rose Hill of Alexandria.

This is exactly why you post these so-called satisfaction surveys, to counter the negative reviews. You're right, a few are disgruntled. I've lived here 2 years and have yet to be surveyed. I live on a second floor unit and the people above me have a little kid screaming and pounding the floor all day and well into the night. I've asked them to quit it and respect other people's, especially mine, right to peace and quite. Obviously, they don't care, because they have not corrected the problem child. The next step is to report them to the management. However, this is not the first time. Tenants before these had kids and they screamed and pounded the floor with equal enthusiasm. This is a miserable place (Rose Hill) and the ----ed-up thing about it, I pay $1300 a month for the privilege. So you think AJ Dowskin and Cronies actually give a damn? He/they are raking in the cash on these over-priced, over-rated aprtments. Next thing you know, Dowskin will be wanting to convert these into condos and sell them for far, far more their worth. Just like every other real-esate shyster in Northern Virginia.
