I moved into Rose Hill in June of 06. I have to say I have really enjoyed it so far. I don't know who's complaining about parking but I do not have a rented space. I park whereever and usually it's right in front of my apt.

The leasing office is full of folks who are knowlegeable and go out of their way to be friendly in my experience. Sarah, Leah and Alexis are all great staff members.

I do have some maint tickets that have been open for a few weeks but the reasons given were all valid.

It's a nice little community. People need to remember if you wish to run your home the way you wish to,then buy one. When living in apts, yes it's 'yours' but you aren't the only apple on the tree. Walking around the grounds in the evening/night you will see security making the rounds almost without fail.
