I have lived here for 1 year and am moving out soon b/c I am buying a house. I must say that I really enjoyed living here. The price is an excellent value and I am not aware of any crime or enviormental concerns. Parking has not been a problem, and repairs (actually replaced)washer/dryer and microwave were done quickly with a follow up call. The staff has been more than fair and accomodating. I am a fairly neurotic and fairly high maitainance, so this is a big compliment to the staff here. I am not surprised that they got such good reviews.

I am sorry to have to leave soon and will miss my old apartment.
