For the price that I pay for my 1BR apartment, I am very satisfied. I have had only minimal maintainance problems that have been fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The staff has been exceptionally helpful and prompt. Maintainance is very friendly as well although sometimes they cut corners when fixing things.

There is always a parking space available in front of my unit.

I rarely hear my neighbors, usually just their kids running across the floor, no muffled voices or television noise.

I haven't seen any bugs in the apartment.

Unlike the other review on 9/2004, I haven't seen police or felt unsafe.

Sacramento Square is affordable and convenient to shopping but getting to the metro is a pain since it is 8 miles away and the buses are off schedule and traffic is frustrating.
