Now if you like other people having parties all thru the night and cars that magically appear there on the weekends, while you end up parking 2 or 3 buildings down. Yes and the people hanging outside your door yelling at the top of there lungs to the other people across the parking lot at 2 am then by all means move here. For what you pay it will pay off in peace of mind for yourself to move a little more off of Highway 1. Now we were told a bold faced lie that there were no cockroaches or other bugs there. you have to cover all pots and pans while you cook in fear that the nasty bugs will infiltrate your food.(extra protein YUMMM)
