I move to Sacramento Square in the summer of 2005. The location of building you move into, and your previous experiences living in an apartment complexes will determine whether you like this place or not. I will agree with some of the reviews and say SOME parts of this place are very loud and have teenagers and adults who hang around a little too much. However, most building in the Complex are very quiet and are populated with normal people. I NEVER saw a roach or bug... the maintenence staff was good, and that apartments were built in 1992 (according to rentnet.com)so they are not very old. Basically, if this your first or second apartment OR if you have moved from a "bad" neighbor, you will like or love this place, other than that, this may not be the place for you. Honestly, it is the SECOND best apartment complex in a 3 to 5 mile radius...what that says about Richmond Hwy is for you to decide
