Overall, I'd say this is a good community. The apartments are spacious, and it is certainly nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment. Also, the laundry machines are a decent size, unlike some that are in other complexes, so you can do a normal sized load of laundry. I have not had a problem with cockroaches or other bugs. The property manager is very helpful. My only complaint is that it can take maintenance a few days to fulfill a work order. Other than that, the problems are similar to other communities. Some people are careless with their garbage (throwing it on the ground rather than in the dumpster), there are a lot of kids, but they don't seem to be especially unruly, and, yes, some people do hang out outside, but that seems to be the case everywhere. It is a good value, and I have been very happy with my decision to move here.
