I lived here for almost 2 years and it was a great experience for me-OVERALL. The only reason I moved was because of my job. I had no problems with the office staff. I had no problems placing work orders and getting a response. I never had a major issue with parking. Maintenance is out and about the property, they were active. I never had a problem retrieving a package that was left for me in the rental office. My apartment was nice. Perhaps my experience was so great because I lived nearest the front area of the complex, just off of Sacramento Drive. I would surlely move here again if I relocated back to the area. I would see children taking the trash out and just leaving it outside the receptacle because they are too small to place it inside the large dumpster. There were several nights that 'high school aged' children were loud and unruly and the police had been called. I had one neighbor who was too loud. Those are the only two 'negative' things I can think of.

No, I am not staff. I was a renter. And, after reading the reviews that keep coming in. . I can honestly say I was lucky. When I moved in, I was told I was getting a good apartment cause the renter had lived there several years, kept to herself and they said I was getting new carpet. I also lived near the front. I heard the area in the back was bad. I just know that for the almost two years I lived there, I had no problems. And, I was just lucky. I used to say I would live there again if I moved back to the area, but from so many negative responses. . it would make me think twice. Also, I do know that when I moved out, there was new management, so that could also explain everyone else's opinion. I was only sharing the good experience I had, but obviously it doesn't compare to the 'negatives' everyone else is experiencing.

You must be part of the management or office staff. This place is filled with hoodlums and hoodrats. You can't be serious. Don't believe the hype. Looks very ghettoish.
