OK place to live

I have been here for almost a year. My experience here was ok. Initially I expected lots of problems because I had a bad experience with management. And I did expect my apartment to look like the model but it didn't. They have gotten a few new people in the management office though. I think that it depends on the building that you live in as far as noise and bugs. I have not had bug problems or noise problems. I hate bugs so I would have broke the lease. As for noise, I think the walls are just thin. Every morning I see people picking up trash around my building. The parking is adequate but the spaces are tight. Oh there was a racoon in the roof of my building but management got rid of it fairly quickly. As for work orders, most of them were answered promptly (within 7 days). Some of my neighbors think its ok to leave trash in front of their door which I hate because this can cause rodents, but I guess management saw this too and reminded people to get rid of their trash. I don't like the fact that they need 60 days notice to vacate and it seems that the rent always goes up based on what other tenants told me. I also don't like the heat system. It blows cold air at times. I think its an affordable, safe place to live overall.
