I agree. We had a water leak and we have mold literally growing all over our pantry walls. After talking to the Virginia health department, they recommended that the walls should be replaced.
Sacramento Square's response? They came out and cleaned it with a bleach solution and painted the walls. Within 2 days, the walls were covered with mold again.

I have had the same problem with leaks and mold, I guess it must be "my" problem.
