I am rally tired of this sh---.
I really like the area, it's prettty close to everything, However...
The place has gone to hell it's dirty, the people the live below me are straight out of the f---ing bush.
It's trash everywhere, I can't even have guest over because of the trash being everywhere. The breeze Way is DISGUSTING...
The review states that they want the rent and will cash your check in a heart beat!
I have been trying to move, but can't get a good rental history from the management, because even though I have paid the rent late once or twice they dont want to loose out on a reliable rent. Im planning on calling 7 on your side for this bu---sh---.

Came home today to repoort the b---s---! that was ther the weekend,and was sent out of the office when another resident came in. Im sick of this place, and the NASTY NEIGHBORS...

I just moved in, and after reading this I'm not really wanting to be here. And the number one reason I'm considering moving, or contacting the health department, are due to the roaches. They said they would spray today, I took my kittens to a kennel (which doesn't run cheap) and I come home to not even the slightest hint that it had actually been done. This is going to be a long, long four months. Wish I had visited this site beforehand.

I actually got the health inspector to schedule a site visit. I've taken numerous pictures of all the roaches etc in this piece of crap apartment. Management will gladly cash our rent checks but seem to disappear when it comes for them to actually do some work. Like I told my wife, if they showed this level of incompetence at any other job, they would have been terminated long time ago.
