An overpriced Project!

Usually I am one who refrains from such postings, however, my experience at Seminary Towers for the last year have been too horrific to allow anyone considering an apartment here to not know. Many of the postings are accurate and reflect the lack of concern by the management. Personally I have had numerous service requests, most of which took 3-4 months to address, and only after I wrote to the main office of Home Properties in Rochester, New York. The only service request which was handled immediately was a gas leak from the stove being improperly installed. In addition, the postings mentioning cleanliness, roach problems, rats in the parking lot, and mice are accurate. The building is infested and the office does not seem to care. Orkin can be requested, but as they will tell you unless the entire building is treated the problem will reoccur. The trash areas, laundry rooms, and halls are often filthy and residents seem to think this is normal. Essentially, the mangement promise the world, deliver almost nothing, and treat you as persona non grata when you complain. Look elsewher. The worst that can happen is to have the same problems, but pay considerably less.
