4701 Kenmore Ave. Apt 1304 From: BooDerek Date posted: 9/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   Anybody please stay away from 4701 Kenmore Avenue, Apt 1304. It is nothing but a FLOOD unit. You are under the water tower and your apartment will definitely FLOOD. Your A/C and heat is intermittant and your convectors need constant bleeding for air and heat. It is a Death unit.
