anybody check the mold in laundry rooms lately

This place has gone downhill at a rapid speed Laundry rooms are scary If the washers and dryers even work then it'd be a miracle Plus it's $1.50 for each wash and dry normally it takes 2 times on the dryer ($3 there) just to dry a couple of towels There is MOLD growing on the walls of the laundry rooms in the east building - lack of proper ventilation in there too I've killed 6 mice this year and I have a clean apartment seems there is a hole in the wall under the sink that maintainance still has not fixed properly They say the mice are coming from other apartments I've been fortunate not to have roaches like others, but even 1 is too many Since they started allowing dogs, I think the mice and roach problem got worse - food being left on the floors for pets etc attracts more mice Daytime concierge Jerry is great but he has to deal with idiots in management The sirens from the fire station are extremely loud even with the fancy new windows and doors, the sound is still LOUD
