Seminary Towers = Mice (Rats) Paradise!

The Apartment looks fine from outside and at the lobby.
But it's full of Rats and Roaches.
The management tries to fight but not effectively. It seems it's beyond their control.
One day, you might encounter mice doing it / having their honeymoon in your groceries.
This is what happened to my wife, who is cared of mice, ... a LIFE time shocking experience.
I will NOT recommend it to anyone, given the problems and teh expensiveness of rent.

Yes I have exactly the same experience.
What scares me most is, that the Leasing officers (such as: Arline) or even the resident managers (such as Ilse, assist. Mgr) don't tell customers / would be tenants the TRUTH.
I believe all residents agree with this. I found out about the MICE problem after I moved in. They even come to my bedroom these days. It just sacks, I am looking for a new APT now!
