Really not that bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Ok. Here's the deal- I have read most of the previous comments and I do agree with most of them. The staff is EXTREMELY rude (except for Jerry), parking sucks, and the elevators are always broken. However, I do have to disagree with somethings that were said. Whenever there is a maintenance problem, they have always came and fixed it that day or within 24 hours. Dont complain about noise from the highway or the sirens due to the hospital down the street. BOTH OF THOSE THINGS WERE THERE BEFORE YOU MOVED IN. YOU SHOULD HAVE CONSIDERED THAT BEFOREHAND! I have lived there for over a year and I have never seen a single roach or rodent in my apartment. If you have a problem with pests, maybe you should CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT! Dont leave dishes in the sink! Crumbs in the kitchen! Keep your apartment clean and I gaurentee your rodent problem will go away. If they dont have anything to eat, they wont be in your apartment. Its that simple.
