My name is Dave Gray and I live in Apt 1111 in the West building. My comments are true so I don't need to be anonymous
The staff runs hot and cold. Everybody keeps talking about Sammy and Arlene and I have no clue who they are but the front desk people for the West building are pretty cool, especially Kaye and Francis. There isn t anything that either of them won t help you with and I don t think I ve ever seen Francis and she s not smiling.
The East building is another story I don t think there is one pleasant person that works in that building, I m at the point that if I need something (usually a parking pass) and my front desk person is on a break or something I ll wait till they get back before going to the East building for help
I have had my apartment sprayed 3 times since I moved in, in May this year. I ve bought all the traps and sprays imaginable and still there is a problem. I was told that it s a problem that they can t control because of the age of the building and they can t tell what kind of neighbors you have, I think that s a cop out. They should have been actively working to prevent the problem, as opposed to now trying to spray individual apartments and only when you ask them to.
When I lived in a building managed by Bozzuto they would periodically send a notice that they will be spraying your apartment, I've never once seen a roach in that apartment, I don t think this is rocket science, but maybe it s because they were working on the prevention rather than the cure.
Instead of spraying individual apartments, here is an idea.. SPRAY THE BUILDING!!!!!
I ve never seen a mouse since I ve been there and I raise my hat off to the woman who caught 7 and is still living there, because the day I see one I m moving out regardless of whether or not my lease is expired.
There is no disputing that the rent is reasonable for this area. But I d rather pay more and not have to worry about pests and my health.
If you are looking for an affordable place to live and you don t mind pests then this is a good place for you, personally I will not be renewing my lease.
