Seminary Towers

Seminary Towers Is filled with roaches and mice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived here for a year and I would never live in such a place in my life again if I can help it. When I first got there it was summer and the roaches were no where in site. 3 months later they were all over the apartment. I complained and complained and they sprayed and sprayed but nothing helped. Then when it got cold, I was swamped with mice I caught 6 myself and complained everytime. All I got was more sticky traps. This place truly does suck. The one nice thing that I can say is they give away free cookies when you sign your lease. Dont move here unless you like living in filth. They also had horrible parking rules. There are plenty of places in the same area that give free parking to you and guest. Plus, the laundry rooms are halfway across the building and there are only 4 per floor for 50 tenants per floor.
