The worst place I've ever lived

I finally left this complex. Insulation is poor, you can hear everything your neighboors are doing, from their TV to Sxx in the middle of the night...its terrible...INSULATION IS A PROBLEM.
The management had been always cool, but problems are not resolved at all, you have to ask multiple times if you want/need something resolved in your apartment.
Parking is always an issue, mainly during the weekends and if you arrive home late...
Nothing happened during the time I was living there, but security is 0 and was always on the top of my mind...
