This is the perfect place for you. Roaches, LOTS of Roaches and the management doesn't even care about them. We would have our apt. sprayed about 3 times (maybe 4) a month. The roaches would always come back. The people upstairs were filthy and we were told that it was because of them our apt. was so infested, but the management still did nothing. The rent is reasonable and if you live there for about 7 years you MIGHT get new rugs. The area is ver dangerous and at night there is no parking, so if you're a single female you have to walk from the back of the apt. complex where there is a woody area all the way to your apartment ALONE and IN THE DARK! Parking I found to be not that bad. Its easy to obtain a visitors pass and if you're home before 7 you can get a great space, just don't leave or you'll have to hike it!
