Yes, it was older, but that is part of what made it nice because the walls were well insulated and I rarely heard noise from the neighbors. The applicances were old but they worked and I was always taken care of quickly by maintenance. I think the apartments toward the back had more of a ghetto flavor than the ones up front. The grounds were well kept and I never felt unsafe in the parking lot. Perhaps people who lived in the back part of the complex had a different experience but mine was good.
