The Good, Bad, and Ugly From: teracon2 Date posted: 10/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I lived here from 1996-1998 and must say that it was a rollercoaster. I lived at 6150 Edsall and experienced pure hell. At the time, the physical fitness person was a partially-reformed addict and the maintenance staff was unresponsive. Out neighbor's above were "ghetto-centric". Their loud music, coupled with their loud parties and marijuana smoking were intollerable. Management at the time was unresponsive. The only good side was having foot security around 3-5 nights per week. This was due in part to the high rate of auto theft and vandalism.
