This is the WORST and Rudest office staff I have ever experienced, not only comparing apartments, but any place of business. They play nice when they are signing you up into a lease, but once your in, you may as well talk to the wall. I don't really want to go into it as its tough to speak about them without using profanity. Trust me, I have spoken with my neighbors and they ALL agree with me.

Now onto the apartment living conditions. They have very spacious floor plans compared to surrounding areas and most of the residents keep to themselves most of the time. If you don't get a remodeled apt. unit, you won't be very impressed about what you see. Prep personnel are pretty lazy about cleaning for a new guest. I had to clean my apartment myself because they did such a crappy job. I fortunately don't have the problem, but others have reported numerous pest problems. Parking is ok at certain buildings and they keep the exterior looking farely decent. There is a washer and dryer in every building and they use the rechargeable card instead of lugging quarters around.

The only thing that was positive was the price especially for the area, but they just had a price increase for new renters so this pretty much kills that.

If you have pets, won't be communicating with the office staff, and don't mind paying a little more for a remodeled unit, this might suit you for a year or so...otherwise keep looking. There are much better places for the current price they are charging.
