This apt complex itself is nice. I really liked the wide balconies when I lived here. My problem has been a continuing frustrating experience with the management. I had a roommate and lived here for seven years. After five years, management left a notice on our door that someone would come replace the carpet the next day and we were supposed to stay home for that .. but, one-day notice'' We already had plans, sorry. After we moved out, two years later, management said the rug was in terrible shape, and it was but it had been there for seven years and their policy is to replace it after five. They would not accept our statement that the rug was old in the first place, and had never been replaced. They even sent the case to an attorney to collect and they took the security deposit. They wanted a couple hundred more aside from the security deposit. Now this item has been on my credit report under "collection" for some time and I didn't realize it -- thought it had just been dropped because I have a good case against them. But, no .. it's there. This is why you should get your 3 credit reports periodically .. right now I plan to sue the apartment management for putting false information on my credit report in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. When I called their attorney last week, he even hung up on me without identifying himself. So, if you decide to move here, bear in mind that the management is screwed up. They only reported on my credit report even though my roommate probably caused most of the carpet stain, but still, the rug was 7 years old, at least.

The wide balconies are great -- great for having more room to hang yourself at this miserable heap of an apartment complex. Grady Management is run by a team of monkeys!
